DESCRIPTION:Pay as you Go. \nThursday night offers an open water training session for people who want to swim in a safe open water environment and work towards their own personal challenges and goals. \nThese session were extremely popular in 2012 and attracted a range of swimmers from the elite triathletes to the swimmer just starting out and wanting to meet and train with some like minded people. \nThe session is a perfect opportunity to train in group conditions\, improve your fitness\, technique whilst developing your open water skills and confidence. \nMany swimmers also come for the after swim social gathering. This allows swimmers to meet like minded people\, enter events together\, help increase motivation and give you a selection of swimmers to train with. \n
