As a coach working with athletes, it’s my priority to support people in keeping healthy and maintaining good health.
The best we can try and do for you, is keep you loving your sport for as long as you want. We do this by offering you sound advice, a good exercise programme and tailor made individualised programmes that meet your needs, goals and ambitions.
As a coach specialising in analysis I have been working with people for years looking at their individual performance, how they move and helping to identify areas they are doing really well in, but also highlighting if an individual has imbalances, weakness or in fact tightness.
My passion to support people via strength and conditioning came from the progress I witnessed whilst working with a number of athletes. Not only did their performance improve, but their general day to day well-being improve significantly.
The strength and conditioning sessions are designed around your personal needs, goals and aspirations. They are tailor made to for into your lifestyle, motivate and most importantly be simple to follow and achievable.

Elite to the novice athletes wishing to improve their performance.

The first session will be 90min and you need to book the initial consultation
All other sessions will be 60 mins.
121 Coaching – COST
Initial session 90 mins £50 – Essental for programme design
1 session, for 1 hour = £35
Block of 5 sessions, 1 hour each = £150
Block of 10, 1 hour each = £270
122 – This means you may want to train with a friend
Cost: Initial session 90 mins = £60
1 session, for 1 hour £45
Block of 5 sessions, 1 hour each session = £200
Block of 10, 1 hour each session = £350s
