Exploring Leadership

This is an amazing opportunity to explore what is meant by ‘secure based Leadership’

”A person, place, goal or object that provides a source of protection, safety and caring AND offers a source of inspiration and energy for daring, exploration, risk taking and seeking challenge”

We are offering a small group of individuals an opportunity to join us for the day to embrace, engage and delve deeper into what leadership really means.

The day is a perfect opportunity to explore our current leadership styles and methods and open ourselves up to new, innovate ways of supporting those around us. The team will encourage you to take on your own personal challenges through out the day, with the security and safety of the group around you.

The day offers creative new ways of working within a leadership role and explores innovate ways of managing our ourselves and others to achieve individuals ultimate goals.

The day will involve lots of opportunities to get stuck into some climbing. Whether you are a complete novice or an experienced climber the crag will offer individuals a day to remember. After fitting and learning about the equipment everyone will have the opportunity to climb, abseil and belay. The views from the crag, the sense of freedom and chance to learn whilst being involved in a unique opportunity is certainly something to embrace. If you are slightly intrigued, nervous, not sure about heights or excited…GREAT, we will support you. The best things come from taking those risks, facing the fears and seeing what comes from it.
